    咖喱牛肉饭

          第二次煮咖喱,上次弄的是全素咖喱,家人说还是要加点肉好些,才有点鲜味,于是今天这次就买了牛肉加进去,确实好很多,其实主要是去市场时最不喜欢买肉类的,所以才总是煮的东西比较素,而且我也不大会挑肉,大概看起来色相比较顺眼就可以了吧...迟早会克服这个弱点的...
    材料准备:
    1.煮好的饭,干点会比较好吃。
    2.红萝卜一个,马铃薯一个,洋葱一个,牛肉3~4两。(这是三人的份)
    3.三人份的咖喱块一份。(也可以用咖喱粉,只是比较难调份量)
    做法:
    1.把红萝卜,马铃薯切块,洋葱切丝条状,牛肉切小片。

    2.在锅里加适量油,待热锅后把红萝卜,马铃薯,洋葱,牛肉一起放入翻炒。牛肉很容易熟,不能翻炒太久,所以先放牛肉进去翻熟之后盛起来先放一边,再把马铃薯放进锅里炒一会再放入红萝卜和洋葱一起炒,因为马铃薯比较难熟的。
    3.翻炒后往锅里倒入适量的水,稍稍淹过锅里的东西就好,大火煮熟之后把浮末捞起后再用中火煮十分钟。
    4.把之前煮好的牛肉放进锅里,熄火后再把咖喱块放进锅里,搅拌溶化后用微火炖煮5分钟至粘稠状。
    5.把煮好的咖喱淋在白饭上即可享用。
