    自制寿司

           第一次一家人在家里自己做寿司,没想到还挺成功的。同样的价钱,做出来的要比外面的还要新鲜还要多,经济又实惠~基本上所有的材料在超市里都可以买得到,一切材料准备好之后,花点心思把它们捏好包好就大功告成了。
    材料准备:
    1.先煮好一锅的饭,饭量依人数而定,但是不能太干也不要太湿哦。
    2.到超市上买足材料,苹果醋(最好不要用食醋,食醋太过酸,如果买不到苹果醋或者寿司醋,就要在食醋里放挺多糖才会不那么酸哦),烤海苔(要那种整一大张正方形的),青瓜,红萝卜,鳗鱼(如果不想自己去烤的话就买那种现成烤好的,只是那样没自己烤的新鲜),蟹粒,北极贝,螺肉,八爪鱼...
    3.盐水一碗。

    制作过程:
    1.待煮好的饭差不多温热的时候,倒一些苹果醋进去搅和,差不多饭有点酸酸的味道就够了。
    2.把北极贝洗干净晾干,黄瓜胡萝卜切条,烤鳗鱼切片。
    3.要准备做寿司和卷之前切记再把手用洗手液再好好洗一次,擦干,切记不要留指甲。
    4.寿司做法:两手先沾一些盐水,这样手才不会粘到饭粒,然后把适量的饭捏成小长方体,再依喜好放鳗鱼条,北极贝上去,把海苔切一小条出来把它围好即可。
    5.卷的做法:整张海苔不要切直接摊开,在上面放上一层薄薄的饭,稍稍压平,把一条青瓜和红萝卜放上去,卷成一条之后再切块即可。
       大概就这样了吧,不过做寿司时一点要手先沾些盐水,不然饭会都粘到手上了。
